Jakarta, Karosatuklik.com – Ajang penghargaan Academy Awards ke-96 siap digelar. Bertempat di Dolby Theatre, Ovation Hollywood, acara ini akan berlangsung pada Minggu (10/3/2024) waktu setempat.
Jimmy Kimmel, host sekaligus produser televisi ini, akan kembali memandu jalannya acara yang juga dikenal dengan Piala Oscar 2024.
Jelang acara, daftar lengkap nominasi Piala Oscar 2024 pun diumumkan. Film Oppenheimer memborong 13 kategori.
Banyaknya kategori yang dikantongi Oppenheimer memang tidak mengherankan. Mengingat gelaran Golden Globe, film yang dibintangi Cillian Murphy meraih 8 nominasi.
Sementara itu mengekor Oppenheimer, ada ‘Poor Things’ dengan 11 nominasi, ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ dengan 10 nominasi, dan Barbie yang meraup 8 nominasi.
Empat film tersebut juga akan bersaing mendapatkan Best Picture tahun ini. Para kompetitornya seperti; ‘American Fiction’, ‘Anatomy of a Fall’, ‘The Holdovers’, ‘Maestro, ‘Past Lives’, dan ‘The Zone of Interest’.
